Dr. Clayton has performed both plaintiff and defense IME's.  Regardless of who is hiring Dr. Clayton he will do a complete review of the medical records and imaging.  Every patient will then go through an exam to evaluate their current condition.  A report will be given discussing injuries, causation, apportionment, impairment ratings, future care, function loss and any other pertinent information.
